I am organizing the original options on a recently purchased 2002 Chevrolet Corvette. Code 1HY appears in the list with the description “HYBRID package, option level 1. This code identifies a factory option package; its exact contents may vary by model and model year” Is that wording complete, or is there usually more equipment associated with the code?

I have seen this on a similar Chevrolet Corvette. The basic description was correct, but one related feature was part of a separate package. I would not assume the code includes every item mentioned in marketing material.

Thanks. I checked the physical equipment and it appears to match the build record. The model-year warning was the part I was missing.
