59A — Accent stripe: Two Tone, White/Beige. This code identifies a factory paint, stripe, or exterior appearance treatment. Browse RPO codes →

The VIN report includes 59A, described as “Accent stripe: Two Tone, White/Beige. This code identifies a factory paint, stripe, or exterior appearance treatment” I would like to archive the correct information with the vehicle. Is there another factory document that normally confirms this code?

On these vehicles, similar descriptions can use different codes because of supplier changes or package combinations. The code itself is useful, but the VIN-specific parts catalog is better before ordering anything.

My experience has been positive, but the benefit depends on how the vehicle is used. I would treat 59A as confirmation of the configuration, then evaluate whether that equipment matters for your driving.
